Are you guys using it out of the bag or did you install it under the hood,Mines been installed for over a year no problems,it comes in very handy.

Mine is under the hood and I love it! No problems so far.

I have seen the INSTALL in the rear compartment and under the hood.
I carry mine in the bag for now, BUT, I'm concerned with the underhood installation. There is a lot of heat there and I wonder how it might effect the seals and flexable parts...

My engine compartment has gotten muddy and wet many times
I even keep my airhose(in a clear dollar store zipped bag behind battery) and thats holding up to the cold then hot ect.If that yellow plastic hose holds up the compressor sure will.
I dont know how it will hold up to 10 or 20 years.
I figure the week spot for for the system is the air hose(the factory one)not the added line.
I figured the lifespan of the hose is 3 to 6 years the compressor should last a minimum of 10 years,
Thats longer then the head last on the H3's
