That's not a stock deal for sure. That's where the rear air lift button is if you have air bags otherwise it's left blank.

definetely exterior lights. Do you have a red fog light on the back of your truck ? In Europe, you must have one by law. Maybe that's what the button's for ?

that switch engages the hybrid warp drive and will allow you to get 6000 miles to the gallon....
seriously though...aftermarket switch that powers some accessory...did you buy the truck new or used? Possible if you bought it used the prior removed the accessory if you cannot determine what it was for...
