JL Audio Stealth box sub enclosure for SUT, anyone want one?

I'm interested. I have the box that was really made for chevy trucks and such at subbox.net under my rear seat. I have a JL 8w3v2 in it with a 250/1 powering it. I just think it is a shi*ty design. The downward firing sub kills the sound.. you have to remove the plastic shell from under the rear of the seat, and then you can't fully use the extended tailgate functionality thing.

If JL can come up with a good option, then I am in, but I don't want something where all the sudden my rear passengers can't get air because I have to cut the air vents under the center console or anything like that...
