Re: 2008 H2 - Official Pics & Video
LOVE IT!!
I like it a lot! The only thing I don't like is the 3rd row seating (eats up the whole trunk) and I don't know how I feel about 'HUMMER' under the grill... It looks too Range Rovery for me... I kinda miss the dash knockers too. Other than that, I like the new appointments, especially the new front end skidplate setup. It looks very tough! -Tough enough to scrape Prius' out of...
BTW: Thanks for the link, PW, etc ATR!!!

Re: 2008 H2 - Official Pics & Video
The interior is really growing on me even though it's missing the dash titties.

The center console is nice. I like the leather covered arm rest.

Not that I need the extra seats, but I'm sure it'll be nice for you people with gaggles of kids.

I miss them too... However, the new setup isn't awful, so I guess I can live...

HEY DRTY?!
How do you get those pics off of the HUMMER site? I tried to right click and save as, but all it asks me is something about flash settings or something...

This will be nice for hauling stuff on wheeling/shooting trips.
The side panels have been changed a little bit. The storage space on the right is gone.

Ohh... Now I feel bad about bashing them in that off-topic thread...
My sincerest apologies DRTY... I shall never bash MAC's official Hummer picture fetching qualities again...
BTW: I just saved the ones you posted, so no harm done I guess!

Re: 2008 H2 - Official Pics & Video
What do you owners get on the highway now? 12-14? I bet with the 6speed trans, it could boost up to FJ or even Explorer range... Maybe?

Or just get any aftermarket screen capture program, like PrintKey2000 and capture it just as easily. MAC=

The '08 H2 will be running down the highway at a few hundred less rpm than the previous gen.
Looks like we may be trading the Denali in for one of these suckers!!!!

Re: 2008 H2 - Official Pics & Video
H2- i prefer the old exterior i dont like that bottom bumper thingy, and i prefer the HUMMER spelt out on the grill not below it. But now its got 6 gears instead of 4!
H3- Alpha! saweet!!! wonder what the transmission is going to be. 5.3L V-8 290 HP and 317 Lb-Ft torque= AWSOME!!! Is this in addition to the Current H3's I-5 or is it totally replacing it?

In addition to, as I was told. I too don't like the silver looking lower frame extension, I'd prefer it flat or krinkle black.
