It's a civil matter - so, you'd have bettter luck with people like the Colorado AG; the FTC; the BBB; etc ...

Just got their latest issue. He has a huge apology and is giving out free issues for subscribers. Seems like they had a family feud! If you didn't get it, email Dave and he'll fix you up. It's all his baby now.

I'll give Dave another chance, he's a nice guy.
