Anything is possible with questionable calculations, extremely low and unrealistic cruising speeds, tail winds, downhill slopes. I guess your use of the H3 doesn't involve conditions like these. Mine doesn't either.

On my H2 I get around 12 mpg around town. I have got about 14mpg driving on the freeway on trips doing 80. I also drive an H3 all the time, and that gets 17mpg at best. It averages 15mpg around town. The window sticker that is rated at 19mpg on the H3s is a joke!
I have never come close to that.
