Default rattle from the drivers side

hello again all, here within the last few days i have the worst rattle and clang coming from the drivers side tire area, its worst when hitting bumps , and really bad in parking lots going over speed bumps, taking to dealer today to see whats up, anyone else hade anything like this? thanks in advance

The driver's side squeak is well known, but a rattle? The squeak is caused by the emergency brake cable rubbing between the body and frame.

But it could be the body mounts. Soon after I bought mine, the front end made a creaking and thunking sound during turns, especially over dips in the road.

Took it in - tightened mounts - problem solved.

perhaps you left your sunglasses in your side pocket of the door?

haha

naw check this out. go to the dealer and tell them to inspect your front body mounts, mine were crushed and causing my rattling sound. and examine the plastic that is in the wheelwells. i noticed mine was loose and rattling causing cab noise.

i know i know, 16 posts, i am going to have them check the mounts, hope i can post more but uncle sam keeps me busy, thanks for the help...
