What the hell is Felony failure to signal?
Felonies and misdemeanors require a culpable mental state. Traffic violations are generally infractions that don't require a mind set.

I think you'd get that along with Reckless Driving, DUI, Failure to Yield, Fleeing, stuff like that.Quote:
