Default Re: What year H2 do you have with ATF & antifreeze mixing in radiator?

Hey guys, the reason I posted this poll is because the support guy over at http://www.rondavisradiators.com/radgallery.htm is telling me they use the same GM internal radiator tranny cooler in their custom performance radiators and that GM resolved this issue some time ago.

I have an 06 and just pulled the trigger on their custom H2 radiator and was a bit concerned when I found out they used the same internal GM tranny cooler. I am still under warranty and the last thing I wanted to happen was this internal leak in an aftermarket radiator. I would be kicking myself for having the issue underwarranty, only to be told it was not covered due to the aftermarket radiator.

The good news is, according to them the late model H2 should no longer be experiencing this issue. However, they were not able to confirm what year or VIN number ranges that this was resolved in.

Let's keep this poll going to see some trending and we then can possibly can tell what year or mid-year (roll-off from previous year) the issue was resolved.
