sux they are talking about only letting us work 3 days a week. we work 12 hours a day so it's not that bad but i haven't had any extra days in 3 months, yeah i know

this will be our best year on record...by an easy 25%.....just thought i'd throw some good news out there.
I know the mortgage market is in a state of turmoil now. Lost several deals due to companies going out of business. Good news is, I saw rates when down a bit based on a rate sheet one of the loan reps dropped off in the office this week.

That will still improve. We'll be doing all conforming loans under 6% by the end of the month.
