I did the jalapeno mini corn muffins, but then made a batch of sweet plain ones just in case they were too spicy for some. (I didn't do the special butter but I will next time) Oven baked potatoes with oil and sea salt- with a potato bar with spring onions, shredded cheddar, fresh bacon, butter, sourcream etc..... Then did the tomato, cucumber and onion salad with vinegar-sugar-dill-s&p marinated it for 5 hours. Then had a little hamburger bar with pickles, tomatoes etc.

The cake was a chocolate with a tart raspberry sauce and then a cheesecake sauce in between layers, buttercream frosting and a glaze on top- bakery made.

It was fine. Way too much food. Ken was upset about his ribs, they were okay, but def. not as good as the last ones he made.
