My guess is Vietnam era, OD green fatigues and a white t-shirt. Jeeps were in the Army forever. When I came off active and joined the guard in 90 they still had WW2 jeeps. Road marching them from the Pittsburgh area to Ft. Drum, NY was always interesting.

In the Coast Guard in the 60's the smallest we had beside a FEW staff cars were Carry-Alls
