UUMMMMMMM...isn't that the time TO BUY? Surely you're not waiting for the prices to go back up..then decide to buy. You said you moved in to save money, hell sale the Hummer, buy a bike (or take the bus to work), get your finances straight, then splurge. Agreed...although the tent or street being fricken cold might motivate me to find a place. Although I can imagine letting a parent or parent-in-law live with us after their spouse has passed...you know, to take care of them if they have a hard time taking care of themselves. Or maybe something temporary in the event of a fire or disaster for friends or relatives. Other than that, fuk it! How the heck do you get your groove on with all them people around? Put socks in your mouth or whisper?! The sooner the better -- buy a place of your own.

My thoughts exactly before the bonehead piped in and ripped me a new one on where I live. Seems us red necks seem to have a little more sence that this idiot. "Look at me, I'm going to buy a Hummer and then shack up with my cousins because I can't afford a place myself" "But I'm going to wait untill it's a sellers market to buy my own place" OK i'm done. Sell H2, buy Toyota pickup, lease your own apartment.
