2006 H2 SUV.....26 is the most I have had to fill up at once. I also thought it had alot bigger tank as well.

This has been addressed in the past. Yes it's a 32 gal tank. the low fuel light is VERY conservative. I've driven 50 highway miles past 0 miles left on the computer and I put 31 gallons in after that trip.

Once I get around 30 miles left, it changes to "low fuel." I never see it go any lower than that.
As for the question...about 28.5 gallons.

Might try running it out a bit further. Hope that doesn't increase my chances of sediment in my injectors though. |

Ive put all 32 in, I ran it to see how far i could go and got 61 miles, before she quit
