Cracks me up that the supposed "good car" is actually worse on ole mom nature than the big bad earth wrecking Hummer.

about a month or so back there was an artical in the Wall Street Journal about the draw backs of hybrid vehicles. they compaired the Prius & everyone elses models to the alternate vehicles by the same manufacturer with just gas engines. the prius had a payback time of just over 17 years to break even with its sister model with just a gas engine. the saving was less then $450.00 a year over the life of the vehicle.

Thats nice. I missed the first one to comment againest.

by the way living right near Ann Arbor I see these P.O.S. everywhere as the EPA main office is located just off North Campus at U of M. I think every car maker in the world has offices here. I even see their camoed up cars out by my shop 30 miles away.
