I am looking for a fiberglass spare tire cover painted black with lettering and license plate section. Anyone have one stored or know here I can buyone for cheap?

I have a black one with licence plate pocket. It is not fiberglass, it is some sort of flexible plastic. But it can be yours for the cost of shipping.
