 I've seen a woman drive a blinged-out H2 through a lot more than 24" of water with no problem.

I had a similar incident this summer. We had a tornado plow thru my area in MD.
I was driving my 03 H2 to meet up with and make sure my wife and kid were safe while they were driving.
The storm knocked 2 trees down across 4 lanes of the road. I pulled up and using my winch, had the road cleared in less than 10 Minutes!!!
The EMS guys were psyched!!!
