Re: In pursuit of the perfect sleep
I go to bed around 4-5 am and get up around 10, 11 or noon. I'd say I get about 5-6 hours of sleep. I do tend to take a nap once in a while in the afternoon but with the twins (furry ones, not humans) it's hard to sleep unless Rich is home to keep them out of trouble. I usually take a sleeping pill at night as well. I'd rather take something than lie away all night trying to sleep. Then sometimes I stay up all night and go to bed around 10 am. Depends on when I want to work.

Re: In pursuit of the perfect sleep
At work I get usually between 0-3 hours of sleep. Still manage to function just fine the next day. Can't do too many days of this in a row though without taking a nap in the afternoon at one point. Off duty I really can't sleep more than 5 hours at a time without waking up and feeling tired as hell. Anything over 8 is usually a result of a cold or being really hungover.

Re: In pursuit of the perfect sleep
Sleep...... Oh yeah thats my cross to bear. I've got 3 docs that cant figure out WTF is wrong with me. I wake up sore, the longer I sleep the more tired I am the next day. The list is never ends so I'm not gonna bother typing it all. 300 MG Seroquel, with 1MG Xanax at bed time, 20 MG Adderal XR to attempt to get me out of my drug induced fog in the morning.

Throw all them damn drugs out and go getcha some sex! What guy in his right mind doesnt want to sleep after sex? Unless it's with some fantasy woman? A good shot of back should straighten your a$$ out! Try it I bet you sleep pretty good after getting your groove on!
Then you'll just have to figure out how to get it every night!
Or maybe sleep is not the problem, maybe lack of nookie is!

It's probably "lack of" then! Or the "want" for more!
