Re: In pursuit of the perfect sleep
I go to bed around 4-5 am and get up around 10, 11 or noon. I'd say I get about 5-6 hours of sleep. I do tend to take a nap once in a while in the afternoon but with the twins (furry ones, not humans) it's hard to sleep unless Rich is home to keep them out of trouble. I usually take a sleeping pill at night as well. I'd rather take something than lie away all night trying to sleep. Then sometimes I stay up all night and go to bed around 10 am. Depends on when I want to work.

Re: In pursuit of the perfect sleep
At work I get usually between 0-3 hours of sleep. Still manage to function just fine the next day. Can't do too many days of this in a row though without taking a nap in the afternoon at one point. Off duty I really can't sleep more than 5 hours at a time without waking up and feeling tired as hell. Anything over 8 is usually a result of a cold or being really hungover.

I like 9 hours of sleep when doable...
