Why is it that only whites can be racists?

I think I'll just say, that
1) it's too bad that we treat each other like that. Yes, it seems other races can do/say thinkgs that whites, in this country , cannot or should not.

2) It was only about 50 years ago that we allowed balcks to attend our schools. (Was it 1954 in Little Rock?) We enslaved them, and basically treated them poorly. I dont think that we all live in a nice harmonius society where all races get along and are all judged by the content of our character and not the color of our skin.

Again, it's too bad that we all just get along, but I think there's some history that explains why the non whites feel a little discriminated against. Perhaps they're tired of it and it is reflected in themsleves.
