I doubt that will happen to the H2. With gas at $4 a gallon here in Socal and the many #s produced, this car will become a novelty item for most and values will decrease. Lets face it if you drive 15k miles a year (average here in Socal) that is 1500 a month and with my H2 that is about 200 gallons ( I get ****ty mileage). So for $800 a month in gas the H2 wont be my daily beater.
I love and will keep my H2 forever but have made arrangements to get something that gets at least 3x better mpg.

Why? I love my H2 and will always have it, but it will be one of my weekend cars.
