Maybe, just maybe, instead of donating the fortune to Citibank to "review" the brand, GM should give that money as a salary/bonus pay to the designers/engineers to get the HX out within a year.

Wait, I'm forgetting all the typical large coorportation BS they must go through to get a product rolling.
