my air bags totally jacked... need to replace...?

ive been having the same prob... but i can hear mine leaking out. where the airbag sleave curls in if u jack it up u can see its dry rotting. im in the process of finding some new ones 2 put on there before i wear my compresser out. anyone ever change them out b4? how big of a pain in the ass is it? also i keep finding some universal fit bags for about 80 bucks. is that worth it or should i just get factory replacements? or does anyone have any sugessions on where to get one
