Changing to 2wd

Yeah dump idea to switch out, i cant stand driving 2wd trucks since im so use to driving in 4wd all the time. Dont have to worry about fishtailing or tire spinning.

There's a few people I've heard of that installed the transfer case, harnesses and such to have the ability to transfer from 2wd to 4wd.

I never did hear about if it affected their gas mileage or not... I can only assume it helped.

And as far as actually turning the H2 into a 2wd without any 4wd ability, that would definitely be a waste IMO.

I bought my wife a new Jeep JK and purposely bought a 2wd for her. a) figured she ain't going off-road anyways and b) just how many parking lot stops could she drive over?

Point is, it sucks. If I knew it was like this, I would have bought her the 4wd.
