Sweet Terry!! I saw this on CHO and didn't realize it was yours. The truck looks great!! IMHO leveling and slapping 35's on is a must for the H3T.

Re: Got them 35's on!!!
yeh, i really like it....one thing: since i have the I-5, getting up to 80 is a little rough now. Not that the I-5 was a beast to begin with but these tires do sap some power.
So any input from you gear-heads on what i can do to give my ride some more power.....and maybe not cost me and arm and a leg.

BTW, the cheapest power increase to make up for bigger tires is not even a power enhancer.
Gears.... it will bring back a bit of your gas mileage that you lost due to taller tires and bring the performance back a bit.

Thanks...just to let everyone know i went with the Trailduty Bilstein shock Leveling kit with bump stops to level it out. That kit cost $209. The tires were about $277 a piece. I had the dealership do the work since i wanted it done right...that cost me approx $400. I sold my old tires for $450. \
I'm happy with it!

Re: Got them 35's on!!!
The SUT looks great! Where did you buy the Bilstein Shock leveling kit? Does it just raise the front end up a bit to level the vehicle out? What tires are you running on the SUT?

got the kit from trailduty.com. cranked the torsion bar in the front and the shocks are just better/longer shocks to use now that you raised the front end. The tires are Toyo Open Country(tire discounters) 315/75/16.
Have recently just had the PCM/TCM tuned by PCMforless.com. they are amazing! The truck now has it's power back. This is a must for I-5's who want to put 35's on!

Re: Got them 35's on!!!
Terry,
I don't normally wander into the H3 area but somehow I accidently clicked on this thread.
So my buddy and I went to the Acura dealership to drop off a car and on the way, we drove right past the local hummer dealership.
I made the comment how I don't really like the look of the H3T.
Having said that, I have to say.... your truck LOOKS GREAT. It's funny, it takes one great looking truck like yours to change someone's mind about a certain brand.
Very nice, great job.
