Default Re: broken speedometer and air vents

issue 1: you need an entire cluster replacment through your dealer. If you're out of warranty, pull your cluster out yourself and take it to them. They will send it out for replacment. you can use a programmer or GPS for the week if you need to drive the truck still

issue 2: This issue has been going on since 03's came out. It happened on one of mine and they replaced the entire unit in teh dash....

The climate control module may have to be re-programmed. The dealer can start there. If you are out of warranty, try disconnecting your battery for 10 minutes or so and see if it will reset on it's own.

If that reprogram doesn;t work they have to replace the CCM or fix/replace the blend door actuators...if they have to do the actuators, you're looks at a large bill as it's an all day job. Both teh actuators and the CCM's go out in tehse trucks.

good luck.
