Okay, I'm lost.... I checked my '06 and it only has 2 holes... I don't understand why the one that was sent to you has 3. (I'm not doubting, I don't get it... since it came off an '03, perhaps they are different??)
Can you not just hook the middle hole/clamp?
If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll refund your money. (well, the guy that you paid...)
