hmm, seems that is what might be the issue right now.
when i plug it in, it goes throught he scan and tells me a VIN # mismatch and to call a number.
tried calling the number, but they are closed right now. so will have to wait until tomorrow to see if there is a way to reset the device so i can use it.
unless someone here knows of a way???

Unfortunately you got screwed. I would contact the person that you purchased it from and try and get your $$ back.
