I too have a 6" drop hitch on my truck. And its not enough for my boat trailer. I would not go recalibrating your rear suspension to sit lower than the factory setting. Is that what you are trying to do???
Or did you replace a ride height sensor in your rear suspension and its now sitting too high?

I have a couple more questions.
1. If the tool is 5 3/16, where would I take that measurment if I don't have the tool....or if I make a homemade tool.
2. Can I just put a the truck on my lift and lower it down to the desired height and let it recalibrate from there? Or maybe even use a floor jack under the trailer hitch?
