They didn't agree to it, it was a knockoff. Also, AM General makes the Humvee and originated the HUMMER brand. GM now owns the HUMMER brand and the civilian models. No such thing as GM General, but I admit, the whole thing is a little hard to keep track of. |

Not to my knowledge. Kinda hard for a U.S. company to go after a Chinese company unless they were importing them to the U.S...You can get a knockoff of pretty much anything in China. |
