he did give us the $50 discount. it will be another $249.95 for the BG and then whatever is costs for shipping. my shipping sucks balls. although i was able to get the thing shipped to my business address to lower the cost.

Mine showed up today, big frickin box, looks nice. My shipping wasn't cheap and I am in the same state. Would have cost me that much to drive there and back and would of had to bolt it on there. I am waiting to install after my grill gets line-xed. Seems like everything is holding everything else up. Just got everything settled with the powder coater today. I am having the wheels powder coated then 35's put on them. While the wheels are off, line-X the grill, install brush guard and install my Maverick rock sliders I just finished painting. Yes, my evil plot to make my Christmas awesome is moving along, although slower than I had hoped.

Still no call and no shipping I talked to them on Monday and Ellen who is no longer working there was replaced with a new girl. She said she has a "TON" of brusguards to ship and I will get mine as they make more?

dude, the receptionists don't really know too much there from what i gather. ask to talk to ryan or josh. tell them that you were one of the 10 pre-orders. i believe you were either the 9th or 10th person.

I tried but as I indicated in my post no call back from JOSH and I have left 3 messages for him. I will call monday and ask for Ryan, maybe he will be more responsive.
The Point Iam trying to make is that I was told Mid November for shipping and now its MID December and still no BG. Also as far as I can see no one else has thier guard yet unless they just are being quiet about it. Iam just frustrated with the lack of customer service and commitment. I have bought things from preadator in the past and never had an issue. I was told mine would be shipped this week by the woman who is "HANDLING" the BG orders that replaced Ellen. Again NO CALL back and NO BG shipping info.

I agree with you about the customer service. their customer service is below standard, but when you finally do get your guard i think it'll make up for it. tell them when you call next time that you have left 3 messages with no call back.

Judging by the looks of it Iam sure I wont be disappointed.

Yes their service is less than desirable but you WILL be happy when it gets there. I received an emailed invoice from Ellen, showing they had further dinked my CC and that it was shipped, then a call to schedule delivery from the shipping company, three days later.

I should get my grill back tomorrow and then I will install the brush guard. Unfortunately I did not take into consideration the finish of the brush guard when I painted my sliders. I will repaint them as the weather allows to look more similar and then install. Wheels come back Thursday, order MTZ's on Tuesday. Out of town family arrives Friday to add to complications, did I say Wahoo!
