You can get really nice EBC rotors and pads for under $700 easily. Expect to pay roughly $800 for your oem stuff and labor at a dealership. Assuming you have the right tools pads and rotors should take you about 2-2.5 hours start to finish, its pretty easy to do. (Just did my rear breaks yesterday, first time ever doing a brake job, took about 1.5 hours from the time I drove into the shop till when I backed out.)
