I am debating whether to take this guy to small claims court or not. If the amount was over $1200, I could get a lawyer involved. Based on the $270 I'm out, probably will have to let it go and cut my loss. Not worth the cost of persuing this legally in MO. This will be the second time I have had bad luck with online purchases.Considering the economy, there are more and more scammers out there than ever. What comes around must go around!

That really sucks! I paid him $250. for my parts and didn't even receive all the parts I paid for broken or otherwise. I wonder what the real story is on the truck he is parting out.

Can't let the actions of 1 member ruin it fall other members. The fact we got burned at the end does SUCK! He blocked my phone number so I couldn't call him or leave him a message. I didn't get all my parts either. He said there was a remote and one headphones which were not in the box besides the damaged screen. I would of been alright withthe missing parts but the obvious lack of common sense to wrap the screens so I would of had two working DVD headrest.

Glad that some of the members tracsaction went well before he dicided to cheat people.

Good luck with PayPal. I have already tried that with a similar case and I think the resolution case is responded through an automated system.
