First trail ride for the H2. Pic heavy!

Good pics and trail. My sons are the same age and they love the Hummer thing. Its nice that they can get involved and appreciate the truck like Dad!

That looks really fun, surprised you went wheeling by yourself with no other trucks but hey... your kids seem like they like it so much that if you got stuck and had to spend the night waiting for help they would be like "cooool Dad!, you're like the awesomest"

Enjoyed your pictures. I f you go on a trail by yourself, just make sure your cell phone will work! I've found onstar will work in some places cell phones won't, but the buddy system is always best on a trail. Did I ever tell you about the time I bent a Pitman Arm on my H2 by myself on a dirt trail 3 miles off the main road............................luckily I had lots of water and beer in the cooler.

Well, I am still looking for some people to go with. None of my friends wheel, but I have a couple I am trying to get started.

As for being alone, I was real careful. I did not try anything that really had any chance of getting stuck or breaking things.

And yes, I am working on losing the chrome. So far I have swapped out the chrome hood handles and latches for black ones and painted the roof rack rails with black bedliner. I just picked up a set of stock whels which I am going to have sandblasted and then I am going to coat them with black bedliner. I think that should make sort a tough look.

Well Walker Valley is pretty far up north for me, I go out occasionally with a couple Rubicons but we head out towards Greenwater. If your ever interested. I told one of them about you going to Walker Valley and he was a bit surprised as the trails are tight. Sure would be nice to find some more open places. I've played around down south in Capital Forrest, I hear Rockcandy there can be fun.

Well, I may very well have run the only trail there an H2 will fit on. We were only there for the afternoon, and that is the only one we took. I will say, after going around the gate, the trail takes off to the left. At that point it was so narrow and overgrown I would never try it with the H2. Not because it would have trouble, but the brush was so thick and made it so narrow that my paint would be ruined. I picked it up where it crossed the service road and headed into a clearcut. So, it was tight in spots, but didn't have all the brush.

Since you are down that way, have you ever gone to Evans Creek? I have been wanting to check that one out.

Let me know when you go out again, and I'll see if I can join. I'm not sure where around Greenwater you go, but on the map it looks like it is about 2 hours or so for me.
