Plus if the LED burns out on the road your screwed their is no bulb to replace and if one burns out you may only be able to buy them in pairs. LED lights do draw way less amps but some are made cheap and don't last like they should i don't know about the ones your talking about. I have Starr HID headlights in my truck and i keep a spare ballast and bulb with me in the truck so no problems on the road with my HID lights. Starr uses phillps ballast and bulbs that are the best HID products out at this time but i keep spare stuff just in case. I would think the phillips stuff will last from 3 to 5 years but you never know. Thanks for the update.

Screw it. I'd buy them anyway.. The modern lights are so similar to the projector ones sold that are DOT approved. So long as you aim them correctly I highly doubt that you'll get some sort of fine.

Hi the cops where i live are A$$hole. Last year they wanted to give me a ticket for dropping a cig butt off my bike. When he pulled me over the cop said i thought those harleys had an ashtray. What a total A$$hole. Where i live he is not the only A$$hole cop. Some cops are fine but not where i live.

Hi i guess next time i should eat the cig butt at 40 mph going down the road just for you. I can tell you don't smoke and dislike guys that do and you don't ride. TO EACH THEIR OWN. Also next time you see a guy on a harley dropping a cig butt off his bike at 40 mph you should crowd him.

Hey guys I put my order in for the Classic headlights. They will ship DEC 15th. The only difference between the modern headlight and the classic headlight is the classic headlight has a daytime running lamp. Ben said he does not know why that is such a big issue anf the classic are dot and the modern are not. He said they're working on dot aproval for the modern. It is virtually the same as classic except the drl. Adjustablity, size, lens size, how far it protrudes is exactly the same. I am playing it safe and ordering the classics, but i do know the moderns are in stock.

I will update once I get them in. I told him if they suck or any issues with install, we will cancel group buy!

Dude, no offense but that is the lamest excuse I have ever heard. Why not stop at Mcdonalds and after you get done eating that burger just drop the bag and the wrapper on the road because you do not have a trash bag on the Harley. Do you really believe that because you are on a bike that that means littering and potentially starting a brush fire is OK????

Any updates on the Bi-xenon headlights? I purchased the Halo rings, now just waiting to buy these headlights so I can add the rings.
