Re: Timgco's SUT Build.....again
Thanks so much for the info. I posted a question about this a while back, but I didn't get any responses.

Re: Timgco's SUT Build.....again
by chance does anyone know the part# for the box for that Volant CIA?
dont need all the tubing or anything, just the box part.
im thinking of doing a hybrid type thing myself to help cut down on the noise from my K&N CAI.
i dont know if the parts will work together, but if the parts are cheap enough, worth the time and somethign fun to do.
or if anyone has one for sale....

Re: Timgco's SUT Build.....again
Box and Filter only for 03-07 is
15860
http://volant.com/edetail.asp?ID=90
http://volant.com/product_intake.asp?TypeField=Hummer
Prob could find cheaper shopping around.
I ended up getting mine from Autoanything and added 15% off coupon with free shipping.
I really really like this set up. I am very happy using their box, and if you want more air flow, just pop off top cover or keep it on for a quieter CAI

Re: Timgco's SUT Build.....again
thanks for the link
but no way in hell im paying $300 for a plastic molded box.
even with a 10 or 15% discount, still not worth more than $50
