I got one in the mail a few weeks ago , free oil changes and rotation till 12/31/11
Im using mobil 1 syn since new so theres no point going to the dealer.
I would think they would try to get you to do other things like brakes, fluid changes ect.
I do it myself for a fraction of the cost.
I recently changed the rad fluid/thermostat,fan belt ,front and rear differential,transfer case,and trans fluid/filter for about $150.00 the dealer price was $1,000.00 
They did say that included the fuel filter but when I went to buy one I found out it is not servicable and only comes with a pump replacement
