PCM has no control over the clutch fan, purely mechanical, controlled by temp of the air flow through the radiator, as it affects the clutch.
There are aftermarket electric fans available, but I did some research a few months back for H3Lady (I wonder what happened to her 
), and the weight savings was not that great, since the fan and clutch are pretty light.
