PCM connector c2 pins 21 purple and white wire pin 20 light green and black wire. C2 is the green 80 way connector on the pcm.

indeed it was !! l/gr and bl wire about 6 inches inside loom !! repaired and driving fine now 
!! still no speedo tho

Need to get a scanner on it and see if you are getting a speed signal to the pcm. Then check speed signal in cluster data, if both of those are good then its the cluster itself.
