They heat them up to 900 degrees (over a period of like 4-5 hours) and then cool down. Then they sand blast the chrome.

They were a little slow getting them back to me this time... usually I get my wheels back in 3-4 days but hey, they were free so who am I to complain??

I?ll take some better pics tomorrow. They did an EXCELLENT job on them. They have a hair bit of texture to them and are a bit gray/brown... more of a soft black.
