I might be able to translate what you are saying or the picture too well, and if thats the case I apologize.... BUT it looks like you are basically there.

The rear has the same type of setups on the cover so all you need to do is attack the rear from the back of the seat, which if you havent already.... remove the plastic from the back area and work it from the back. The pins (dpending on the wear of the plastic can possibly break but when I looked at them they seemed to be of the same tough plastic)

As I said, recovering will be the fun part since it is stretched on there to begin with, it will need to be restrecthed.

As for the seat cover, yes they DID sell them at one time through GM, but now they dont. Now you have to buy the whole seat or the cushion.
I was shocked when they told me the price I was like I could get custom one off seats MADE for less then that (and tht was the discounted price)
