WTB: Wind Deflector for a Gobi rack

Got this fabbed and installed a week or so ago...thought I'd throw up some pics; nothing too spectacular, but pictures nonetheless.

Fabbed some sturdier brackets with a more subtle angle


Black, 1/4", acrylic (57"x8") with a piece of Grainger 0.42" trim seal across the bottom


Wider than the Gobi fairing...57" fits is right inside the outer clearance lights


Being 8" tall and with a lower slope, the bottom edge of the fair rests just behind the center clearance lights. I did have to do a bit of contouring with a Dremel and sander on the bottom middle to account for the slight curve of the roof just before the sunroof


All in all I'm very pleased with the final product...and MAN! did it kill the wind noise! I can actually hear my radio when the sunroof's open...just in time for winter...L0L!
