What are those window cages & how so they attach? Are they online or custom made?

They are home made. They are actually just plastic mesh used for gardening which I painted black and they are held on with several suction cups which i also painted black. It's more for the look than actual protection.
Suction cups from ebay and the mesh stuff was from BandQ which I don't think you have in the states.
