My conversion has been problem free (knock on wood). I get around 14 mpg in town and I average 18-19 on the hwy. I drove it from houston to Pennsylvania this summer and averaged 20 until I got in the higher elevation. It's rock solid. The truck sounds great, I love the sound of the turbo. I agree, cabin noise is minimal. Damn thing sounds like a tank from the outside but cabin noise low. To be honest, the Corsa I had on before the conversion produced more cabin noise than my deisel and my duramax is cat-less w/ 5" exhaust.
