Where would the blower resistor be located and I assume you mean the connector at the blower itself and not the control panel?

Its under the dash on the right side. Right beside the blower motor. On those its actually caller a blower motor control module but but does the same job as a blower resistor like in other vehicles. You wont need the connector they only melted on the resistor equipped vehicles. If you get under there and hit it a few times with a screwdriver handle it may shut the blower motor off and that would verify it but im 100 percent confidant that's your issue

Do you happen to have a different or a cross referenced PN?
The one you gave me, I have been told, that it is on back order for a long time ?

Or maybe there is a way to hot wire it around the resistor?

Had my parts dept check today, no changeup number but part was available. Showed one in Regina SK. Where were you looking for part?

I asked GM parts direct and they said back order

I have a melted blower motor connector. It is the connector coming from the resistor to the motor itself. Any idea of what the connector id is? It says Delphi on it, but no other id on it. I would hate to replace a $300 resistor over a $10 connector.
