Full interior LED's aren't bad at all. A decent fine tip soldering iron, fine solder, and some solder wick you its game on. Let me know when you're ready to start that up. I'll find the Ebay seller I bought all my LED's from.

This is a pretty cool idea. Never really crossed my mind.

Finally changed all my junk halogens on the front of the roof rack over to LED bars:

From Amazon, nothing to expensive but they are very bright and look to be very well sealed. The driver side is slightly different as the others I ordered were different. I had to modify the other 3 bars brackets so I may change out that driver side so they're all the exact same but it will work for now.

I also swapped out my Truklite LED headlights for Philips 75 watt LED headlights. I like the Philips much better, the lows cast light everywhere not just in spots. The highs are decent but I still need to get them aimed down.

Here's the lights with the DRL's on:

Lows:

Highs turn all the LED's on which adds more of a longer thrown spot:

Couple pics of everything on just for fun:

The LEDs on the roof rack...are those Benson LEDs? The Ultra Thin ones?

I just ordered some 6" bars...if yours are Benson, what size are they (8", 10", etc.) and what's the actual width from the tip of the side bolt to the tip of the other side bolt. I'm trying to get a feel for the actual width of the 6" ones that I ordered; whether the lens will be 6" or the entire light will be 6". Mine'll be here Monday...but I like to plan ahead...lol.

...and what watt are yours?

I replied to your question on the other thread but for others: They are Eyourlife bars from Amazon, 11" 50 watt, 4900 lumens the add says.

Another small update. I've had the billet side vents in my garage forever. The chrome was tore up from a seller I bought them from back east. I finally got them cleaned up, painted, and installed. Interesting look..

Decided to take the plunge and rip all 4 doors apart. I installed new speakers and door stops on all doors. I can't believe how quiet the front doors are when you open and close them. No more popping from the old worn out door stops.

Speakers:

Rear door:

Old Door Check and new Door Check:

Also installed billet door buckets with new chrome handles. These look so much better than the sun fried plastic buckets:

The 4 added tweeters throw A LOT of highs. Something told me to snip the tweeter wires when I did the install but I didn't. I just messed around with the EQ settings and it is a little better. If I ever get in the doors again I will probably desolder or just snip the tweeter wires.
