It seems to strike cord with you that my husband bodybuilds... It appears to me that you are intimidated by people that are fit, healthy and strong. Sorry if you were picked on by the jocks and atheletes in high school. You are probably one of those little weiners at the gym that hides behind equipment, and watches all the big boys. My husband has spotted plenty of guys like you, and so have I.

I also know that there is no way you could spend 2-3 hours in the gym everyday. Only people that compete do this, and usually do it for 8-12 weeks prior to competition., Do your homework before you start bull****ting about something you know nothing about.

If you had a job, and worked out 2-3 hours a day, you would not have the time or energy to grace us with opinions and flaming.
