The story as I understand it is that the H1 in question got stuck sideways due to a slightly inexperienced driver.
In a fit of insanity, the truck was attempted to be winched from the downhill side. (!) The subesequent winching was unsuccessful. The vehicle was then tow strapped to right it, and it continued flipping down from there.
