Yes I did. From the Logjam website:
" Foreign Orders: It is our company policy not to sell or ship products outside the USA, including Canada and Puerto Rico. It is not a technical issue, nor a capabilities issue, as there are many reasons why we have this policy. We simply choose, as a company, NOT to sell or ship outside the US."

It's often not easy to find companies willing to do International shipping
