The next Hummer Outing in Colorado will be Sunday, January 9th. Everyone is welcome to attend, H1's, H2's, friends, wives, girlfriends, etc.

We'll meet at I-70 Exit 259 (Morrison Road) on the northwest side of the intersection at the Brontosaurus parking lot at 8 AM & depart for the trail at 8:30.

We'll be running the lower part of "Spring Creek." Should there be too much snow on Spring Creek in the next week, the alternate trails scheduled are Bill Moore Lake or Guanella Pass Offshoot Roads. (You can research all of these trails at
http://www.4x4trails.net

You can e-mail me with questions at geneseemtn@hotmail.com

See you all there!

Awesome! I am starting to wish I had an H1

I guess I will continue to tell myself there will always be somebody better, I don't have $125K for an H1 and the my girlfriend doesn't sit 4 feet away. Hmmm, I still would like one

Thanks for the pictures.

BTW, what happened in 10.jpg where one was being loaded on the tow truck?

Also, isn't one of the guys in your group from the Car Toys in Aurora?

Hi Timgco - Thanks for the invitation to MOAB. Please add me to the private thread list (97.5 Silver OT H1) and also Ray ('96 Red Wagon H1). I don't know Ray's list name, but his e-mail is mbogo69@comcast.net - he's a blast to bring on the trail with you because if it's steep - he'll go up it, if there's water - he'll go in it.

You guys are more than welcome to come out with us on any run, anytime - I'll let you know of the next trail run. (We recently ran slaughterhouse gulch in Dec. & Spring Creek in Jan).

Keep you calendars open for June 4th (& 5th if possible). We'll be running Coney Flats during the runoff (It has a few water crossings & steep rocky climbs).

Hi H2ZREZQ - Don't worry about the difficulty of the trails we do with the H1's. The H2's are without question more than capable of running ALL of the trails we do (in fact we'd like a few H2's to join us on EVERY run.)- so bring the H2 out on the trail for some fun & keep the 125K for pizza & beer after the trail rides!

PS - (In an H1, your girlfriend is all over you, not 4' away).

PS Again - Eric Ward has the midnight blue H1 Optntop/Wagon Conversion & works at Car Toys & he's a total kick in the A$$ - We'll be posting a video of him crossing the creek this last weekend on www.Humvee.net soon if the file size will fit.
